A man who was never ill when he was young. His classmates got sick with an angina and a flu. He never came down with anything. He was envious of them somehow. One day he and his friends got an idea. They took off clothes from the upper parts of their bodies and put snowballs on their chests. It happened in 70s. Then he got sick with the angina. Doctors treated him with antibiotics. He suffered around 60 to 70 anginas one after another after that. The doctors kept medicating him with antibiotics and couldn’t cure him.
He was moved to lungs sanatorium for the period of 3 months. They medicated him with vitamin A and B. He asked a renowned doctor who was taking care of him what the purpose of it was. He answered it was none of his business.
Doctors were forced to attend mandatory Marxist trainings at that time. His friend who also worked at the sanatorium asked him for help. She asked him to write an essay on criticism of anti-communistic theories so that she had more time to work and for patients. He was writing it on a typewriter. Coincidentally he looked under the typewriter and found a sheet of paper. It was his diagnosis. The doctors lost it. There were 36 stamps on the rear side of the paper. Each stamp meant one bacteria in his body.
When the doctors found out that he had read it, they pulled out the sheet out of his hands. They had to tell him the truth. He was immune to antibiotics. Then he was cured with vaccines for many years.
In conclusion, I can say that medicine isn’t always good for health. What about you? What’s your experience with antibiotics?
