I was waiting for a train to get on at Praha-Podbaba train station. I depart from the station every day when I go home from work. It is a train station with an underpass which is used by passengers who would like to get to the second platform going the opposite direction. When you stand on the platform, it is possible to see a staircase leading to the underpass. While waiting for a train to get on, it is possible to observe how people go down to walk through the underpass to get to the other side.
My train was supposed to arrive in 5 minutes. I leant against a guardrail at the platform and started observing how the passer-by were walking down the staircase in a hurry to get to the second platform to pass the time.
There was a man standing on the staircase who interested me. He was around 20 to 30 years of age. He was wearing a tracksuit which is a modern type of attire not being cringe. He was standing on the stairs and holding a handrail lining the staircase. I got the feeling he wanted to walk down. However, there was something preventing him from doing so. He seemed to be afraid of staircases or hesitated to do something. It looked like he was afraid of heights.
There is a wheelchair accessible pavement facing the staircase on the opposite side where people were also walking down. There was a girl around 18 to 25 years of age in a crowd and was approaching the underpass on the pavement. Right at that moment when she was approaching the underpass, it dawned on me quite quickly why the man standing on the staircase was anxious, hesitant and nervous. He took his pants down, grabbed his penis in his hands and began shaking it and spinning it around. I would also be nervous and would be pondering for a long time to carry out such an action.
Nevertheless, the question is how much exhibitionism is satisfactory for such people so as to turn themselves on and satisfy their needs. Is it showing the tool to anybody anywhere at any time? Showing it at train stations? Showing it at train stations where there are lots of people? Or at a train station where there are a lot of people, a train is passing and it all occurs at a specific hour of the day?
The first case (anytime, anywhere, at anybody) is an easy case for such people. They have many options. Nevertheless, the last case may be quite difficult. In addition, imagine that they would be railfans and they would only get a boner while all the aforementioned conditions applied plus their favourite railcar would be passing. For example, the 843 series railcar.
In these circumstances, they wouldn’t be railfans. they would be rail rod fans.
